Every year millions of people make New Year resolutions and put pressure on themselves to transform their lives. One resolution on many lists is reducing or giving up alcohol, especially with many charities encouraging ‘Dry January’.

The difficult part of resolutions is keeping them up. Gerri suggests, “Remind yourself regularly of what your goals are and the reasons you want to give up alcohol, rewarding yourself with a non-alcoholic treat when you achieve small accomplishments.”
