The Regain Recovery Model

Regain Recovery believes everyone has the capacity to change and move into a healthy, productive and happy life; we believe relationships and positive beliefs are crucial in promoting wellbeing in our clients.

Our model is based on our belief that each client has the power to change their own lives. Our part in this is to provide an environment, skills and support necessary for those who are seeking to change and find sustained recovery. An essential part of this is to ensure our clients feel safe, respected and consulted throughout their pathway of recovery.

With years of experience delivering treatment processes to individuals suffering from addiction, mental health and emotional difficulties, we have devised a different approach to tackling the entrenched and often complex layers of conflict to life-limiting and self-destructive behaviours.

Traditional approaches to areas such as addiction, can be effective. However, experience, as well as the high levels of relapse reported generally, shows us there are areas which are ignored and underestimated in their contribution to the frequency and destructiveness of relapse, and falling back into the negative and self-defeating behaviour patterns associated with many of these conditions.

We use a combination of structured interventions, social observational techniques, intensive 1:1 and group therapy and also family involvement (where possible) to target all aspects of client’s lives as a means of ensuring the best possible outcome for sustained recovery.

Some key elements of what we offer are:

  • Individualised treatment planning
  • a 5 day comprehensive assessment process
  • Family intervention and reclamation processes
  • Complete confidentiality and anonymity
  • Healthy activities, intervention, interaction and monitoring, including family visits and social encounters
This is by no means an exhaustive list of what we offer.

We also have a commitment to providing the highest standards of care and treatment, in a safe, confidential and professional environment, which provides the comforts of home whilst clients are feeling vulnerable.
